To promote and develop the e-learning industry in Taiwan, the Taiwanese government has started a national 5-year e-learning initiative in 2003: the National Science and Technology Program for e-Learning. In it various ministries and agencies are involved with the coordination of the e-Learning National Program office. Among the strategic objectives of the national e-learning program is the creation of the e-Learning Network Science Park (epark) as the hub of other projects for the formulation of clustering among the partners in the e-learning industry.
Since the national e-learning initiative the e-learning industry in Taiwan has stridden along the way various national projects unfolding. The e-learning companies in Taiwan now are of international competitiveness and are willing to share our capacities with the rest of the world. While the Taiwanese companies are looking forward to serving the e-learning needs of all kinds in any corner of the world possible, we would like to invite you to visit us in the epark and embrace the world of e-learning with us.
